General conditions
To confirm a deposit of 40% is applicable paid either by:
- Bank transfer to IBAN IT27V0103072330000000526125 BIC CODE PASCITMMXXX account name Susanna Formiconi.
- Postal draft account N° 58424979 account name Susanna Formiconi.
- By credit card (Number and expiry date) - a 40% charge will be made to your account.
- In case of cancellation within 21 days of the start of the booking a full refund will be given.
- In all other cases the deposit will be retained
- In the case of either an earlier arrival or earlier departure, the cost of a full days stay will be applicable.
- Day of arrival: the rooms are available from 16.00 pm until 20.00 pm
- Day of Departure: The rooms should be vacated no later than 11.00 am
